As it may come across as your incapability of self-reflection. You could say that earlier in your career, you could not handle or organise a large workload. But through day planners and efficient time delegation, I could overcome this.

Both are absolutely fine, but this question will help determine if you're a great culture fit for the company and the opportunity being discussed.
