EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) investigators work with a federal agency and check if employers are following the rules and regulations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. They may work as an employee of the organization or work for independent human rights agencies. Their job is to monitor the recruitment procedures of the organization and make certain that the recruiters do not discriminate employees on the basis of gender, caste, religion or financial status and devoid them of employment opportunities. Their work includes studying the documents of the rejected employees and taking a feedback from recruiters to know the reasons for their rejection. The EEO investigators have the authority to take strict action against the organization guilty of discriminating potential employees. This job will excite those who love to collect data, research, analyze, and draft reports on complaints related to hiring, firing, and other employment matters. Freeman J.
