But these representatives would not be elected officials instead they would be members of the community and the representatives would change every so many months say 4 to 6 months. These representatives would also handle trade between communities for the months they are the representatives so that would be a farming community would trade farm goods to a community that say has a car factory and they would trade farm goods for equipment and vehicles and this trade would constantly go on to ensure that all people have the goods and resources they need to live comfortably and no people would not get these resources for free they would have to benefit the community in some way to receive these resources. By benefiting the community I mean mechanics can work and cars and construction workers and fix roads and building, farmer can grow things ( wheat, corn, beans etc) factory workers well they work in factories and so on and once a person reaches the age of what would later be determined say 55 for example they could retire and it would be up to the community to keep them up in there old age.

There would also be no more big corporations or atleast not how we know them now because there can be no hierarchy in a anarchist society and a business owner is just that the head of a hierarchy so instead all business's would go to Democratic corroptives in witch every worker in the business owns and equal peice of the business and have say in the business. So everyone from the owner to the janitor has equal control in the company and you may ask how would that work well it already has the 10th big tech company in the world is a corroptive, there are bike shops all over America that are coruprtives and there are alot of family owned stores that are ran the same way. It works and the data shows that businesses flourish under this style of leadership because you dont have one man leading you have dozens maybe even hundreds or thousands and sense everyone has equal say in the company it forces them to work together and out of that comes better ideas, better products and so on. With the Abolishing of the all state and hierarchy we would have to come up with a healthcare system and a police force to keep order.
We hadn't seen eachother in nearly two years, but I was happy to see they were all mostly the same, except of course me. I must mention, my 4 friends are all girls, and all part of the LGBT+ community (bisexual, lesbian, and asexual). Out of everyone, I feel most comfortable around them, although slightly intimidated by them. At the camp fire they invited me to get drunk and smoke weed, which I have never done before, but I wanted an adventure so I played along with them. It would be the perfect opportunity to come out to them, they were all there and I was high and intoxicated. Unfortunately, I threw up and spent the rest of the night keeled over the toilet eating bread. I fucked up. I was mentally absent for the following week. Last Thursday and Friday (18th & 19th of June) we got together again to draw. I felt so ready to say something, but unfortunately only 3 of them came, and again on the next day. It didn't seem fair to exclude one of them and tell the rest. I wanted everyone to be present.

First you have to ask yourself how do Amish communities work, how do the towns in liberated Ukraine work? The potato farmer trades his potatoes for corn to the corn farmer and so on and so forth. That is Anarchism, Anarchism is not chaos in the street's and crime everywhere. Anarchism is freedom, Anarchism is democracy taken seriously with no hierarchy of any kind unless its necessary.
