The synopsis of the candidate includes the background, education and hobbies that might be relevant in making a hiring decision. The information contained within is used to give an idea of the passions and wide range of activities that influence who the individual is as a person outside of a work setting. It also includes the current role of the candidate with her primary responsibilities. The Raw Data A large component of an interview summary is left outside the subjective viewpoint of the interviewer. Much of the report body is a transcript of questions and answers, devoid of personal opinion. This may be accompanied by a recorded component. This section helps to remove bias from the bulk of the interview report, allowing hiring managers to match objective data with assertions made by the candidate. It's also an excellent legal tool in the event a rejected candidate accuses the organization of discrimination. A Descriptive Analysis Narrative interview reports contain subjective response summaries to questions you ask the applicant.

The Selection Procedure for is Prelims Exam, Mains Exam and Interview. Candidates qualifying in the prelims exam will be eligible to appear for the mains exam. Those candidates who qualify in the mains exam will be eligible to appear for the interview which is the final stage. Candidates qualifying in all the selection process will be hired as in MPKV.
